Recruitment Services Available for Client Companies

Robert Drexler Associates, Inc.’s recruiting services include the following options listed below with additional innovative methods that can be developed upon request.

INDIVIDUAL RETAINED SEARCHES:

This method of recruiting is geared towards companies that are seeking to fill a specific need. Generally, a retainer is paid in advance to start the search. It is important that our clients understand that they are paying for R.D.A.’s time, not for the candidate hired. R.D.A. is therefore obligated to devote intense time identifying prospective candidates from competitor companies. That principal is what separates searches from the standard contingency placement. R.D.A. will continually work on a search assignment until a suitable candidate is located and hired.

PERMANENT RETAINED CONSULTING:

This method of recruiting is geared towards companies undertaking expansions in personnel over the course of time. It consists of a monthly fixed fee for a predetermined length of time. For this fee, R.D.A. will continually supply qualified candidates for ALL positions throughout the length of the contract. In essence, R.D.A. becomes part of your management team and works closely with all executive personnel in defining manpower needs and satisfying those needs.

CONTINGENCY PLACEMENT:

This service is for companies that are using multiple sources of recruiting. The fee is based on the salary of the candidate desired and payable when the candidate commences employment. R.D.A. generally offers this service to its clients as a by-product of its other services. Usually there are lower level or lesser priority positions that need to be filled and frequently we can fill those needs by uncovering candidates during other search assignments.
